Delegates are individuals who do not have signing officer authority or are not account administrators (e.g. a part-time accountant or bookkeeper). Delegates can be set up with "read-only" account access OR designated as "initiators," whereby they would be able to initiate transactions that require approval from the signing officers.

Assigning delegates to your account can help free you up to do more of what you love and less of what you don't. This option is only visible to Signers and Administrators.

1. Select Contract Data in the top navigation and select from the drop-down menu,
   1. Create delegates is visible to Signers only and does not require additional approvals.
   2. Manage delegates is visible to only Signers and Administrators.
2. The Create delegate feature allows Signers to
   1. Add name, email, phone, delegate type (read only or initiator), unique username, password, notes, and see login options (non-editable).
   2. Select Continue to confirm the information,
   3. Select Continue to complete the delegate addition and to notify the new delegate.
3. The Manage delegates feature allows Signers and Administrators to see existing users that have access to the account (Signers/Account Admins and any delegates that have been created). From here you can,
   1. Edit the Delegate's details (email and phone number, change their name, etc.),
   2. Lock Delegates out of digital banking,
   3. Unlock Delegate OTP credentials in the event the delegate locked themselves out, and
   4. Reset Delegate passwords.
