1. Select Log in in the top right-hand corner to be directed to the Welcome page of online banking.
   
   
2. From the Welcome page, select Log in and enter your,
   1. Business number (Log in ID), and
   2. Unique password
      Select Log in to continue and begin the authentication process or Cancel to exit.
      
      
3. From the “Hello! Please help us confirm that it’s you” screen, select Start Now and follow the step-by-step process.
   
   
4. Step 1: Confirm your year of birth (The birth year of the account administrator or signer logging in.)
   1. Select Continue to proceed to Step 2.
   2. Select Cancel to exit digital banking.
      
      
5. Step 2: Accept the Online Access Terms and Conditions Agreement.
   1. Download and read the Online access terms and conditions agreement.
   2. Click the box to confirm that you accept the terms and conditions.
   3. IMPORTANT: Select Continue to acquire your NEW USERNAME. Record this new username so that you can log in to digital banking in the future.
   4. Select Continue to proceed to Step 3.
   5. Select Cancel to exit digital banking.
      
      
6. Step 3: Enter a new password. Your password must meet the password requirements listed on the screen. Once entered and confirmed,
   1. Select Continue to proceed to Step 4.
   2. Select Cancel to exit digital banking.
      
      
7. Step 4: Confirm your contact details. The mobile phone number and email address we have on file will appear on the screen.
   
   Note: If you’d like to update or change the contact information we have on file, please enter a new phone number and/or email address.
   
   
8. To proceed, select Send Code to the mobile phone number and email address displayed.
   
   1. After selecting Send Code to the Contact details on the screen:
      • A code will be sent to the displayed email address and/or mobile phone via text.
      • A validation pop-up window will open for each method of contact.
      • Enter the code in the validation pop-up screens and select Confirm.
        
   2. Select Continue to complete the authentication process and log in to online or mobile banking, or
   3. Select Cancel to exit digital banking.
      
      
9. You are now all ready to access online and mobile banking!
   1. Continue to Log in from the “All ready!” page, or
      
   2. Begin the Log in process from any of new Alterna website webpages by selecting Log In in the top right corner to access the online banking Welcome page.
      • From the Welcome page, follow the prompts to Log in.
        1. Enter your log in ID (member number) and select Continue.
        2. Enter your password and select Log in.
           
      • If at any time you want to leave the Log in screens, select Cancel or close the window.
