Send and receive messages
Now you can conveniently and securely send messages to and receive messages from Alterna Bank within online and banking.
Go to Messages by selecting Profile & Preferences in the navigation bar along the top of online banking to see the messages you have received, sent, or deleted. Under the Messages heading you can also create a new message or chat with our team directly from online banking.
You can also access Messages by selecting the envelope icon in the top right corner of your screen.
TIP: Navigate quickly between your Received, Sent, and Deleted messages and/or create a New Message by selecting the quick links across the top of each online banking Message webpage.
Return to the Online Banking Homepage by clicking the Alterna Bank Logo in the top left-hand corner.
Select the envelop icon in the top right corner of your screen to see the messages you have received, sent, or deleted.
You can also access Messages by selecting,
To view messages, select Received, Sent, or Delete and tap a message in the lists to open it.
To reply to the message, select the U-turn arrow in the top right corner of a message.
To delete a message:
Note: All deleted messages will remain in the folder.
To exit a message, select the “x” in the top left corner.
