Account details

Find your Account Number, Transit Number, Balance, Available Balance, Interest rates, and so much more under Account details*.

  1. Access Account details by selecting Accounts in the navigation bar along the top of online banking and select Account details from the drop-down menu.

  2. From the Account details page, select the account you wish to see the details for.

  3. If you’d like to save or share your account detail information, you can choose to Print, Email, or Export PDF it.

* Account detail displayed will vary based on your product type.

Return to the Online Banking Homepage by clicking the Alterna Bank Logo in the top left-hand corner.

Find your Account Name and Number, Transit Number, Institution Number, Balance, Available Balance, Interest rates, and so much more by selecting any of the accounts listed at the top of your mobile banking home screen.

Alternatively, you can select Accounts in the bottom navigation to see a list of accounts. Select an account to access its details*.

* Account detail displayed will vary based on your product type.

Return to the Mobile Banking Homepage by selecting Home in the bottom left corner of the app.
